Due to the recent pandemic of covid-19 we are changing the return policy, for hygiene and for health in these two months we will not be able to change the compression garments or the waist trainers we want to avoid selling any products that someone else already weared ,I hope we understand if you need help with your size send us a text message for help (786) 390-0919 send us your picture to help you with the size.


Because Girdles are intimate clothes, we do not accept return of any used items. Due to health code regulations, used underwear cannot be returned or exchanged.

You may only exchange unworn items within 10 days of delivery, accompanied by a letter stating your name, shipping address, contact phone number, email address, date of purchase, payment confirmation number or Order receipt number and the reason for the exchange (color, size or defective). Please make sure all tags and original packaging are attached intact.

We do not refund money for any items purchased. Only store credit is permitted.

We do not refund shipping charges. For any exchange, you are liable for the cost of returning the merchandise, except in the unlikely event that you receive damaged goods, or items that you did not order

All items exchanged are liable of a 10% restocking fee.


Any order outside of the United States will have an additional charge depending to what country the shipment is being sent to. International orders outside of the United States including Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Alaska will have an additional fee depending on your location.
